Toronto International LUXURY CHOCOLATE SHOW

Conveniently located in the heart of the theatre district at King and Simcoe Streets with
underground parking available.
Approximately 60 exhibitors will occupy more than 50,000 square feet of the north and
south lobbies at the luxuriously appointed Roy Thomson Hall. This is where you will meet
top chocolatiers and pastry chefs under one roof. You will be able to sample and buy
product from the countries finest chocolatiers. Featured at the inaugural show are the
Emerging Designer Chocolate Themed Fashion Show Competition, as well as the Chocolate Chef
Challenge for Charities. Wandering minstrels will add musical ambience to the ongoing
Symphony of Chocolate. Chocolate making demonstrations will take place at our cooking
stage and continuous wine and chocolate pairing will be conducted at four of our five
Chocolate Bars on the mezzanine level.
Using $1 "chocolate chip" show currency you can sample the best chocolate
infused Savoury menus and vote for your best Chocolate Chef. Half the proceeds will be
donated to Prostate & Breast Cancer Initiatives. You can also use the same currency
througout the show to purchase large sample portions of chocolate as well as wine pairing
tickets.
The first 3,000 visitors will receive a "goody bag" to take home.
This will be the first chocolate show in the world to feature Chocolate Chefs preparing
savoury chocolate infused food dishes.
